Last July, the Montpellier Court of Appeal upheld the ruling at first instance, condemning the influencer from 61 years to five months' suspended imprisonment for "incitement to violence".

According to the Administrative Court, the Montpellier Court of Appeal had not shown that this influencer "would pose an immediate risk to the point of justifying his expulsion in absolute urgency".
The administrative court in Paris rejected Beauvau's argument that Doualemn's presence in France "would pose an immediate risk to the point of justifying his expulsion in absolute urgency." The man remains likely to be returned to Algeria.
