Police have arrested a suspect for a hit-and-run crash that happened in Donna earlier this month. Progreso resident Andres Deantes, Senior, was arrested yesterday. Investigators believe Deantes crashed into a bicycle rider at the intersection of Victoria Road and Business 83 on September 9th.
