The European Union (EU) announced on Tuesday that it considered the presence of a Russian minister at the G20 organized by the United States inappropriate, given that Moscow is relentlessly bombing Ukraine.
"This is not the time to normalize Russia's presence at such meetings," said European Economic Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis in Asheville, North Carolina.
The European Union (EU) announced on Tuesday that it considered the presence of a Russian minister in the G20 organised by the United States to be inappropriate, while Moscow was constantly bombing Ukraine.
"Personally, I have had and continue to have problems discussing topics such as global imbalances with a representative of an aggressor country that carries out daily brutal attacks against civilians. It is a matter of respect for the victims. (ANSA)
