TYLER, Texas (KETK)-- An arrest was made on Wednesday evening after a witness reported to the Tyler Police Department that he saw a woman leave two dogs in a hot vehicle for at least an hour. According to an arrest affidavit, around 5:18 p.m., Tyler PD responded to Skidmore Lane, where two white Labrador retrievers were left in a Gray Ford that wasn't running.
