POLICE in Bosnia and Herzegovina arrested a doctor on suspicion of illegally performing private practice.
As part of the “Seal” operation, members of the Federal Police Administration arrested yesterday, September 30, doctor P.K.G. (51) from Vitez, who is accused of performing examinations in a private facility and issuing reports with the seal of the health center where she is employed. The operation was conducted under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Central Bosnia Canton, with the aim of documenting the criminal offense…
The police arrested doctor P.K.G. on suspicion of abuse of office, and during the raid, money and documentation were found that will serve as evidence in the investigation.
Police officers of the Federal Police Administration, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Central Bosnia Canton, carried out activities within the operational action codenamed "Seal" with the aim of documenting the criminal offense of "Abuse of position or authority".
After the search, the suspect was arrested and criminally processed in the official premises of the Federal Police Administration in Travnik, and a report on the crime committed will be filed against him.
