Police officers from the Częstochowa Criminal Investigation Department and the Silesian X-Files have arrested a 52-year-old man, who has been charged in the case and taken into custody.
Twenty-four years after the brutal attack on a Częstochowa resident, investigators have arrested a man suspected of rape and robbery. The breakthrough in the previously dismissed investigation came thanks to the work of police officers from the so-called X-Files and DNA testing.
After nearly a quarter-century, investigators have reopened the unsolved case of a brutal attack on a Częstochowa resident. Thanks to the analysis of DNA evidence secured years ago, they identified the suspect: 52-year-old Andrzej Z. was arrested in Szczecin and placed under temporary arrest.
