The man was pulled from the water unconscious. After CPR, MDA medics and paramedics were forced to declare him dead. According to the medical team, when they arrived at the scene, civilians performed basic CPR on him - but despite continuing to provide massages and rescue breaths, they were forced to declare him dead at the scene.
