Brothers admit to stealing more than $1.6M in Medicaid funds

The owners of two Medicaid transportation companies who were accused of stealing funds from the program, have since pleaded guilty. On Monday, the state comptroller’s office announced that Jawad Choudhary, 44, and his brother Junaid Choudhary defrauded the system out of more than $1.6 million.
