- Between 2014 and 2017, the company allegedly sold vehicles that failed to meet standards, creating pollution that could "rendre l'utilisation des marchandises dangereuse pour la santé de l'homme ou de l'animal."
- A procedural hearing is set for November 16, 2027, with trial dates "envisagées" between November 2 and 30, 2028, joining Volkswagen and Renault in ongoing French legal proceedings.
