Hundreds of people are gathered in Saint-Hubert, on the south shore of Montreal, to pay tribute to young Nooran Rezayi.
Radio-Canada was able to consult the notes transmitted to the Longueuil police officers by the 911 station before their intervention, which cost the lives of Nooran Rezayi.
At only fifteen years old, Nooran Rezayi is probably the youngest victim of police blunder in recent Quebec history. He was unarmed, had not threatened or bothered anyone, and yet a cop from the Longueuil Police Service (SPAL) decided to shoot him with two bullets in front of his friends on September 21st.
