‘Destination’: Collar Works’ artist space in South Troy starts renovations

TROY, N.Y. — Collar Works, the Troy-based arts non-profit, officially started renovations on its new headquarters and artist space at 206 First St. Inside the historic Neemes Foundry, Elizabeth Dubben, co-director of the organization, said the $2.5 million renovations will give the building several affordable artist studios, a state-of-the-art gallery, retail and coworking spaces and an art park in the outdoor area.
