Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- At the ordinary public session of the Tamaulipas State Congress held on Wednesday, the deputy Elvia Eguía Castillo, representative of the XI District of Matamoros and president of the Hydraulic Resource Commission, presented an initiative aimed at cleaning up historical debts of water operators, in order to clean up their finances and improve the quality of service in the municipalities.
