According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on Sunday, Aug. 31 at 9:53 a.m. a patrol deputy assigned to the Waterville Field Office conducted a traffic stop involving a Chevrolet box truck on Cottage Street in the village of Oriskany Falls.
