CHESTERTOWN — Democrats must rebuild trust with rural and working-class voters by listening to their grievances and acknowledging valid reasons for their economic frustration, Anthony Flaccavento told a Citizens Connect gathering Sept. 15 at the Kent Cultural Alliance Center.
