SC Won’t Take Over Satya Niketan Case From Delhi HC, Says ‘Things Started Moving’

Supreme Court declines to transfer Satya Niketan building collapse case from Delhi High Court, asks it to monitor action
A Bench of Justices Ahsanuddin Amanullah and R Mahadevan said it did not want to disturb the existing arrangement and accepted the suggestion of court-appointed amicus curiae Senior Advocate Ajit Kumar Sinha that the Delhi HC should continue monitoring the matter.
