Recent Poll: 78% of Poles Support Military Action to Defend Baltic Allies
Four out of five Poles believe their country should use military force to help defend Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania if one of the Baltic states comes under armed attack, according to a new opinion poll reported by the Polish daily Rzeczpospolita on September 12, 2026.
If the Baltic states were attacked, Poland should come to their military aid, according to nearly 8 out of 10 respondents in the latest WP poll. Only 16% of respondents expressed the opposite view.
