Decades of support: U.S.-based donors fund free bagpipe lessons for Island kids

For nearly five years, Jordan Barlow-Gaudet, 13, has been learning how to play the bagpipes for free. He’s one of dozens of students at Summerside, P.E.I.’s College of Piping picking up the instrument thanks to a fully funded scholarship covered by philanthropists Doug and Debbie Hall.
