- Earlier, Aroop Biswas attempted to freeze the accounts on June 12 citing authority concerns, though party members claim he was removed as treasurer on June 5.
- The Assembly speaker recognized 58 of the party's 80 MLAs as the official legislative wing, while the Calcutta High Court declined to grant relief in a petition challenging Ritabrata Banerjee's status.
