Buenos Aires, 24 September (NA) -- At least 10 people died and four others are still missing after heavy rains caused by typhoon Dujuan in Japan. One woman died in Kanagawa Prefecture, while one man was found without life inside his vehicle, which was submerged in Chiba Prefecture, east of Tokyo, according to local authorities on Wednesday.
