Season 3 to Be Last for 'Daredevil: Reborn' on Disney+

Marvel's Daredevil series, Born Again, starring Charlie Cox as the blind lawyer turned vigilante, will conclude with its upcoming third season on Disney, expected to premiere in 2027.
After the series initially ran for three seasons on Netflix from 2015 to 2018, Marvel revived the project before tearing it apart in 2023 to rebuild its creative direction. The Punisher veteran Dario Scardapane subsequently joined as showrunner.
The third season wrapped filming two months ago and expands the MCU considerably, featuring returns from Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Finn Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist, Elodie Yung as Elektra, and Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin.
Marvel recently parted ways with Scardapane, whose contract was not renewed, leaving the show without creative leadership as it finishes post-production. The decision reflects Disney's broader strategy to reduce live-action television output following mediocre releases.
Disney continues narrowing its live-action development, recently canceling Wonder Man and greenlighting a spy thriller referred to as Zodiac. Marvel maintains three to five live-action projects in development at any given time, signaling a considerably narrower strategy than when Born Again was positioned as an annual anchor.
