On Saturday night, Utah overpowered Arkansas 43-10 at Rice-Eccles Stadium, with quarterback Devon Dampier accounting for 311 total yards and 3 touchdowns in front of 51,532 fans.
After an opening field goal, Arkansas coach Ryan Silverfield's squad failed to find offensive rhythm, while Utah out-gained the Razorbacks 442-305 in total yards.
Running back Wayshawn Parker rushed for 2 touchdowns and caught a third, while the Utes extended their home winning streak to 6 consecutive games.
Coach Silverfield said, "I wasn't overly thrilled with either quarterback," citing missed completions and protection breakdowns in the most lopsided loss of his seven-year coaching career.
Georgia visits Fayetteville next Saturday at 11 a.m., as Arkansas is scheduled to face Big 12 opponents in 7 of the next 8 seasons.
