Trainee GEOAmey prison custody officer 'angry' after pronoun disagreement, tribunal told

  • Ms Ross told the tribunal that transgender prisoner Tiffany Scott, previously Andrew Burns, required 24-hour supervision while in hospital and died in March 2024.
  • On Monday the tribunal heard from Christopher Hutton, and the hearing continues in Edinburgh before employment judge Amanda Jones.
