Trainee GEOAmey prison custody officer 'angry' after pronoun disagreement, tribunal told

- Instructors told the tribunal that paperwork used 'he' and a transgender prisoner then assaulted the officer, and discussing GEOAmey's pronoun and paperwork policy, Mr Hutton said Mr Toshack failed probation for safety risks.
- Ms Ross told the tribunal that transgender prisoner Tiffany Scott, previously Andrew Burns, required 24-hour supervision while in hospital and died in March 2024.
- On Monday the tribunal heard from Christopher Hutton, and the hearing continues in Edinburgh before employment judge Amanda Jones.
