Celebration was in the air at California State University San Marcos on Aug. 3, as hundreds gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of Black Oak Hall and Kwíila Dining. Black Oak Hall is CSUSM’s fourth housing community, and Kwíila Dining is the university’s second dining facility.
