Kaiko Raises Series B to $110 Million as S&P Global Leads Investment

  • On Monday, New York-based crypto data provider Kaiko announced it raised $110 million in a funding round led by S&P Global, with additional investors including Nasdaq and BNP Paribas.
  • S&P Global Ventures led the investment to deepen an existing strategic alliance with Kaiko, positioning the firm as a bridge between traditional finance and decentralized markets.
  • Following acquisitions of Amberdata and Cometh, Kaiko will use the funds to strengthen its data business and expand product offerings covering more than 150 exchanges and crypto protocols.
  • In early September, the partnership launched the S&P Kaiko Digital Asset Indices suite, purpose-built for global, 24/7 digital asset markets.
  • Kaiko CEO Ambre Soubiran called the investment a "powerful endorsement" of the firm's mission as financial institutions increasingly explore "tokenisation" of mainstream assets.
