- Video footage shows Reaggle punching Thorn and colliding with bailiff Steve Boyd before Deputy Sheriff Nick Rusyn used a Taser to subdue him near the courthouse security station.
- Sheriff Brian McLaughlin reported that both Thorn and Boyd suffered broken bones and required hospital treatment, while Reaggle remains detained in the Columbiana County Jail.
