CPSC warns against using Duyue2 adult helmets
WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — The Consumer Product Safety Commission is warning consumers to stop using Duyue2 adult bike helmets because they violate mandatory standards. This warning applies to about 100 helmets sold online and possibly other third-party sellers. The agency issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Shenzhen Duyue E-Commerce Co. Ltd. of China, doing business as Duyue2. Duyue2 has not agreed to a recall or offer a remedy to consumers. …
