The police representative claimed that the protester had disturbed the minister's privacy and violated the conditions of the demonstration, but the magistrate in Petah Tikva said that even if he did not meet the conditions, there was no reason to arrest him. The judge also ordered the cancellation of the restrictive conditions imposed on the protester, and rejected the police's request to delay the implementation of his decision.
