Court softens Yermak's preventive measure, allowing him to leave Kyiv, the region
An investigative judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has partially granted the motion of the defense of former head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, and softened his preventive measure, allowing him to leave Kyiv and Kyiv region for several other regions, the press service of the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) reported.
According to SAP, after letters from commanders of military units, Yermak was allowed to travel to a number of regions of Ukraine.
Yermak case: VAX changed the precautionary measure for the outsourcer of the OPA investigating judge partially satisfied the petition of defense of the OP excipator, suspected of legalizing UAH 460 million, and extended restrictions on movement. The obligation to wear an electronic means of control is left unchanged.
At the request of the defence, the investigating judge increased the restrictions on the movement of the suspect in a number of areas.
The court partially satisfied the defense petition, but refused to cancel the obligation of the ex-chairman of the OP to wear an electronic bracelet
