Couple charged with theft of $8,000 in Menards rebates from in-laws

CASPER, Wyo. — Casper police and state prosecutors have charged two Casper residents with spending over $8,000 in Menards rebates belonging to their in-laws. Timothy Wray Garrison, 45 and Sharee Vaught, 38, heard charges of felony theft in Natrona County Circuit Court on April 23, 2026.
