"Employment in old age has long been no longer a marginal issue, but an economic and social necessity," says Amhof, State Councillor. "We are experiencing a generation of pensioners who are healthy, fit and highly qualified. Many of them want to continue to contribute their knowledge or join in day-by-day or seasonal work after retirement. Our goal is to support this desire through simple and financially attractive models.
