Council extends emergency declaration in Boyle Heights

A new health report says nearly 92% of patients were Hispanic or Latino and more than 63% were 50 or older.

The declaration authorizes the city to mobilize state and federal resources that could be used to address the ongoing impacts from the warehouse.
