Coss Named Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Week

Pittsburgh, Pa. – Redshirt senior goalkeeper Sam Coss of the Duquesne University men's soccer team was named the Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Week Monday. It marks his second weekly honor of the 2026 season, as he was also bestowed the plaudit August 24, 2026.

Thompson Named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week

The RMAC conference announced their Offensive, Defensive and Setter of the Week awards Monday afternoon. Among the honorees was Keira Thompson, who was named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week. It is the second RMAC weekly honor for a Yellow Jackets in the last two years and the second Defensive Player of the Week in the past two years with Ellie Thomas earning the award last year in week seven. This is Thompson's first ever RMAC award.
