CIAA Sues 21 in Corruption of Rs. 460 Million

Respondents in the case filed at the Special Court include Kedar Bahadur Adhikari, the then secretary of Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Sanjiv Gautam, then director general of Civil Aviation Authroity, Rajan Pokhrel and Pradip Adhikari. China CAMC Engineering Co. Ltd. and ERMC/A-not/Slate JV have also been sued in the case.
