Kathmandu. The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a corruption case against 21 people, including former Tourism Secretary Kedar Bahadur Adhikari, in a special court. Respondents in the case filed at the Special Court include Kedar Bahadur Adhikari, the then secretary of Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Sanjiv Gautam, then director general of Civil Aviation Authroity, Rajan Pokhrel and Pradip Adhikari. China CAMC Engineering Co. Ltd. and ERMC/A-not/Slate JV have also been sued in the case.
