Cordele Fire Department holds pinning ceremony

The Cordele Fire Department held a Pinning Ceremony this morning for three newly promoted firefighters. Training Chief Justin Cook, Lieutenant Brett Walls, and Sergeant Kenneth Beavers were promoted last week into their new positions. Their families had the opportunity today to “pin” their new badges on them. Sgt. Beavers was unable to attend but his family will have the opportunity to pin him at a later date.
