WILLIAMSPORT — A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit over Williamsport police keeping a seized vehicle about a month after a search warrant used to seize it expired.U.S. Middle District Judge Julia K. Munley on Tuesday granted summary judgment to the city of Williamsport, police Chief Justin Snyder, former captain Joshua Bell and Agent Christopher Salisbury.
