Cops: Chalfont woman used a walker to hit stroke victim in a wheelchair

Using a walker as a weapon, a Chalfont woman reportedly hit a family member who used a wheelchair during a fight over a bill, according to police. Stephanie Chan, 37, faces a felony charge of aggravated assault plus several misdemeanors.
