Construction underway on Ross Park Zoo carousel

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - A historic carousel is getting a much-needed makeover thanks to the City of Binghamton. Mayor Jared Kraham held a news conference today to discuss the ongoing construction on the carousel at Ross Park Zoo.
