The Constitution Committee of the Chamber of Deputies gave the green light to a replacement text that limits the delegation of legislative powers requested by the Executive to two matters. On Thursday, the Chamber of Deputies approved a text replacing the request for legislative powers presented by the Executive.
The working group, chaired by Mrs Giannina Avendaño (Together For Peru), chose to vote on a replacement text that grouped proposals from four benches. Here are the details.
