Community gathers for Hanging with Heroes in Logan County - WNKY News 40 Television

LOGAN COUNTY, Ky.- The second week of the Tobacco Heritage festival events kicked off on Tuesday with the Hanging with Heroes event. Members of the community met with first responders who serve Logan County.
