MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has received 98.4 percent of expected election returns (ERs) for the first Bangsamoro Parliamentary elections as of Tuesday morning, with the poll body awaiting ERs from certain precincts in Maluso, Basilan.
