Two Mexicans who sold stolen cell phones during Rock in Rio, in Barra da Tijuca, Southwest Zone of Rio, were arrested in flagrante, on Monday, by civilian police officers of the Anti-Immaterial Property Crimes Suppression Police (DRCPIM). Foreigners were located in a hotel in the central region of the capital. Six cell phones were recovered in the action.
