Cold to wrap up the weekend, but warmer days are ahead

After another bitterly cold morning in the teens below zero, we will be slow to warm up again today. Highs will top out on the positive side of zero to wrap up the weekend but wind chills will not make it above zero through the afternoon as the cold weather sticks around one more day.
