The meeting of the Member States of the "Coalition of Volunteers", held on the 35th anniversary of the proclamation of Ukraine's independence on 24 August 1991, will be co-chaired by the United Kingdom, France and Germany, while Ukraine hopes for air defence equipment and increased pressure on Russia, whose attacks have never caused so many civilian casualties.
