India may announce an updated climate action plan “during, or just ahead of” COP30, the Indian Express reported citing government sources. The Netherlands and the European Union must aim high at this year's climate summit to make strong agreements on limiting climate change. This is the call from sixteen organizations involved in the International Climate Coalition to politicians.
