WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The City of Wilmington announced that the groundbreaking for the Dawson and Wooster Streetscape Project has been postponed. The ceremony was originally supposed to be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. but with rain the forecast the city decided to postpone. A new date has not been released at this time.
