City of Pratt approves plaque honoring Leroy G. Wells - Tri-County Tribune

At the April 20, 2026, regular meeting of the the Pratt City Commission, Pratt resident Diana (Wells) Bishop proposed that the city allow the installation of a plaque at the Avenue of Flags commemorating her father, Leroy G.
