WASHINGTON, PA (WTRF) - The City Mission in Washington, Pennsylvania is about to open its new 50-bed shelter for homeless women. The three-story "Sally's Sanctuary" will offer everything from food, clothing and shelter to medical care, counseling and life skills. Statistically it's running at 18% nationally.
