Some two dozen Bunnell residents and others confronted City Manager Alvin Jackson and the City Commission Monday evening with sharp, at times bitter and at times emotional, public opposition to the 610-acre landfill Jackson shepherded through regulatory approval four weeks ago. Jackson himself was criticized for his secrecy and methods.
