Tijuana.- The president of the Citizen Security Council of the State of Baja California, Roberto Quijano Sosa, declared that the agency does not validate the data disseminated by the Attorney General’s Office (FGE) regarding a decrease in the incidence of crimes. Quijano Sosa further pointed out that these underreports are not sent to the National Public Security System, so it creates a false impression of reducing the criminal incidence.
