Citizen Potawatomi Nation surpasses $60M in scholarships distributed - Shawnee News-Star

SHAWNEE — The Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN) recently surpassed a major milestone: distributing $60 million in educational scholarships to Tribal members. At the direction of CPN Chairman Rocky Barrett and Vice Chairman Linda Capps, the CPN Education Department was founded in 2016 with the goal of furthering education, training and leadership opportunities for the nearly 40,000 members.
